Leveling Up Your Team – Meet The Outsourcing Agency Helping Business Owners Thrive Across The Globe

Let’s get one thing straight – working 18 hours a day is not sexy, cool or fun. So many entrepreneurs and small business owners are struggling now more than ever to achieve their business goals and, more often than not, will take on the burden themselves.

Working hours on end day after day is not a sustainable option, especially not whilst trying to grow a successful business. Finding help while maintaining strategic optimisation and conserving cash flow is actually an option, and it comes in the form of outsourcing.

One of the most sensible solutions to frequent business problems, not all reasons to outsource are necessarily problems.  For many, outsourcing is a way business owners are better able to focus on the core of their business.

Whatever your reasons may be, thanks to Level Up Outsourcing you can easily level up your team with a trained and experienced virtual assistant. Originally known as Outsource Monkey, the specialist outsourcing agency was co-founded by Taylor Victoria and Damien Svarcas, when the latter hired his own virtual assistant on Taylor’s recommendation.

The now solely-women owned agency has undergone a fresh new rebrand, and a renewed commitment to helping business owners thrive across the globe. “Having my co-founder exit the business was very hard,” says Taylor.

“Suddenly I was having to not only make all these decisions myself, but take on twice the work,” she says. With old limiting beliefs creeping in, Taylor decided to attend a personal development event to address old and newfound insecurities head on.

“What happened across those 3 days was indescribable,” says Taylor. “I emerged with a sense of clarity I have never experienced before, and putting into practise what I learnt, I was able to double the business’ client base on my own within only a few weeks.”

Leveling up her personal and professional life, Taylor decided it was time for the business to do the same. “When we first started the company, Outsource Monkey was just a fun name that we came up with after a big brainstorming session,” she says. “Our intention was to help our clients outsource their ‘monkey mind’ by hiring one of our expert VAs, so the name made sense.”

“Then, in recent months I learnt how derogatory the term ‘monkey’ was, particularly overseas. Unfortunately certain people online were perceiving that we were calling our team monkeys, which was certainly not true!” says Taylor. This led to an internal company competition so that Taylor’s entire team could help come up with the new name and logo. “Our COO, Jes, came up with the winning name and logo. There was a lot of thought and meaning behind everything that he included in the design.”

Helping businesses and communities level up, the Australian-based agency is beginning to expand across the globe with a vision to radically shift international economies towards collaborative business growth and work-from-home opportunities, empowering people to live extraordinary lives.

Unlocking the potential of business innovation, creativity, and growth by bridging the gap between business owners and communities around the world, Level Up Outsourcing is fast becoming the number one choice for business owners.
