In January 2024, Dionne Mejer launched Executive Peer Groups for mid-market and small business owners. The initiative quickly gained traction, growing from two groups with eight people in January to 35 participants by April, with plans to expand to eight groups by the end of Q3.

Mejer explains, “I joined a ton of networking groups in 2023 and 2024 and was frustrated because none of them provided the help I actually needed. They were good, just not what I needed. So, I started my own. We started with 2 groups and 8 people in January. And as of April, we have 35 people in two groups and will expand to 8 groups by the end of Q3.”
