Police Scotland Failed to Issue Arrests and Charges Against Predatory Officers Regarding Witness Intimidation

Re: Witness Statement for PS 20251125-0186 Related to 1/5/2024 racist, witness intimidation, bribery, threats of violence this includes thuggery and attempted murder by PC Ben Rodriguez, PC Keith Murray, and PC Peter Bradley in their effort to silence Mr Errol Baptiste as a witness to cover up their assault and attempted murder of the Black Woman at her home in the Scottish Borders on May 1, 2024

Three Scottish Borders White Male Police Officers illegally used witness intimidation by targeting Mr Errol Baptiste a Black man with inducements of bribery and threats of excessive violence towards the witness who saw the illegal arrest of the Black woman from the Global Majority at her home in the Scottish Borders on May 1, 2024. Police Scotland failed to issued arrests and charges which PC Alan Parson of Hawick Police made telephone calls and sending text messages to Mr Errol Baptiste by covering up the racist behaviour of his 3 white Police colleagues did not follow Standard Operating Procedures and by Flouting the Police Code of Conduct on November 27, 2025.

Errol Baptiste did not have a witness statement taken under Standard Operating Procedures and by law PC Alan Parson decided by Flouting the Police Code of Conduct. Police Scotland were not very serious by arresting PC Ben Rodriguez, PC Keith Murray, and PC Peter Bradley who were involved in the racist attack on the Black woman and threatening racial violence to the Black man of the Global Majority because his presence as a witness exposes these officers land themselves in chaos, illegally having racially profile and witness intimidation by targeting Mr Errol Baptiste on May 1, 2024, who witnessed the fake arrest warrant signed by the racist Sheriff Peter Paterson and the assault on the Black woman outside her home.

PC Alan Parson failed to take a witness statement which is PS 20251125-0186 related to the incident which took place on May 1, 2024. PC Alan Parson have broken the law by Flouting the Police Code of Conduct under Standard Operating Procedures. Police Scotland failed to provide the shoulder badge number of PC Alan Parson. Unless PC Alan Parson made the telephone call for a reason that is set out here and there is prior arrangement then there will be further action taken against PC Alan Parson for illegal stalking with unlawful conduct- Stalking Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 under Section 39.

Unless PC Alan Parson has made a specific appointment to see at the address outside the Black woman’s home who is the victim of the assault committed by perverted and predatory Police officers and the witness statement for PS 20251125-0186, which PC Alan Parson have invaded Errol Baptiste’s privacy and space. He turned up more than once to take a statement, however he is protecting the racist structures of white apartheid, fascism, and racism why he does not take the witness statement concerning his 3 all white Police colleagues notwithstanding White Privilege.

Why is that a Black man was subjected to witness intimidation and threats of violence by 3 White Male Police Officers of Duns & Hawick Police in the Scottish Borders for witnessing the Black woman who was attack and they were not arrested, charged and prosecuted, yet care more about Young White Women Teenagers? This is extreme disgusting, racially abusive, corrupt, and sexist. If Errol Baptiste was a Whiteman his statement would have been taken by now.  This is institutional and abhorrent with apartheid policies linked to White Privilege.

What were these 3 White Male Police Officers doing at the Black woman’s home on May 1, 2024? Were these 3 White Male Police Officers instructed by the racist Sheriff Peter Paterson to committed witness imtimidation and the threats of violence against Mr Errol Baptiste by silencing him, with intent to cause injury and attempted murder by using the Derek Chauvin Technique to conceal wrongdoing by presenting their false witness statements and claiming there was no witness at the Black woman’s address on May 1, 2024. These 3 Police Officers are disgusting peverts and racist predators.

These 3 Police Officers are dangerous, serial sexual harasser, racists and very violent.

No law was broken. The Police Officers were breaking the law committed witness intimidation. The racists being shielded by institutional and structural racism. They have White Privilege.

Errol Baptiste as a Black man was subjected to witness intimidation and threats of violence by 3 White racist males abuse their position as Police Scotland officers and he wanted them to be prosecuted with immediate effect as they acted above the law. The 3 named Police Officers are very disgusting which PC Alan Parson have covered up to conceal wrongdoing by committing witness intimidation.
