Jedburgh Sheriff Court and Procurator Fiscals Committed Corruption & Fraud Prevents Black Male Key Witness from Giving Evidence

Big News Scandal Exclusive about Jedburgh Sheriff Court, and its Sheriffs, Peter Paterson, Ian Duguid, Gerard Sinclair and Procurator Fiscals in the Scottish Borders prevents Mr Errol Baptiste a Black Male Witness from giving evidence in the criminal case the Crown continues to run illegally against a Black Woman of the Global Majority, all 3 Sheriffs conspire to convict on false charges by perverting the course of justice in a crime less case committed corruption, and fraud

All 3 named Sheriffs have been caught acting with flagrant abuse of process and abhorrent racism linked to the former South African apartheid system. All 3 Sheriffs proven to denied Mr Errol Baptiste a Black Male the right of receiving a citation in this case. A witness giving evidence in a criminal case must be formally cited by the Sheriff Court.

All 3 Sheriffs knew of the Black Male witness’s involvement since May 2, 2024, after the Black Woman was illegally arrested on May 1, 2024, by PC Ben Rodriguez (Shoulder Badge Number JO899),PC Peter Bradley (Shoulder Badge Number JO914) of Duns Police Station, and PC Keith Murray (Shoulder Badge Number RO952) from Hawick Police Station in the Scottish Borders, even after receiving several correspondence from the Black Woman.

Further still all 3 named Police Scotland officers been perverting the course of justice when all 3 signed a false statement of evidence form are being untruthful, by claiming there was no witness present from the illegal arrest. Ben Rodriguez, Peter Bradley, and Keith Murray committed witness intimidation against Errol Baptiste placed themselves in a serious situation of perjury under the Perjury Act 1911 and Contempt under the Contempt of Court Act 1981. All 3 Sheriffs permit the case continue on a very false claims of there was no witness present tendered as fraudulent.

The same Black Woman received a formal witness citation as an unexpected windfall document to the Black Woman’s criminal defence case, to give evidence as a witness against a White Woman who racially abused and threatened her at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on June 30, 2025. No adequate explanation for the disparity of absence of the Black Male’s citation has yet been shown.

All 3 Sheriffs plan to exclude the legally permitted and admissible Black Male’s witness evidence in the case to fabricate and fraudulently represented all 3 Police Officers did not see documentary evidence of payment proof that the male witness showed was paid at the date of the woman’s arrest on May 1, 2024. Although the woman broke no laws, and even made payment in excess of what was required on April 26, 2024, at 11:05 AM, and before response to Sheriff Peter Paterson’s illegal compensation payment scheme which led to his illegal arrest warrant at 12:02 PM.

No-one gets arrested for paying a court bill, not even when no crime committed and making payment in excess. Sheriff Peter Paterson have falsely represented had assaulted another person before February 3, 2023, why compensation is due, against strong evidence of the woman’s ACRO Police records showing no criminal record of assault prior to February 3, 2023.

All three Sheriffs and the Procurator Fiscals expressly apply the citation law as ‘procedural law’ only in cases of White Defendants and/or White Witnesses in the application process of White Privilege as ‘White Only’ policies used old South African apartheid practices linked to the former white minority ruled South Africa.

The criminal system needs to criminalise Black Woman also silencing a Black Man from being a witness also using Whitelaw or unfunded its structurally racist system of White Privilege.
