Public Concern Raised over Misuse of Freemasonry and Eastern Star Influence within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council, and Ealing Council, instead of investigating crime such as gang-stalking. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council sent arrest warrant on victim of crime for unfound mental illness reports sent misleading information about victim of crime, NHS [Exmoor SurgeryDoctor] Hathaway House and Doctor Largy, Police and other Local Taxpayer-Funded Authorities.

London, United Kingdom- Dr (Hon) Neena Richie, a victim of fraud and suffered long-term harassment has raised serious allegations of misconduct against the following parties: Sudhir Sharma, Abdullah Rabhai, and individuals within RBKC Council, the NHS, and the Metropolitan Police Service.

According to Dr Richie, these parties have engaged in eight years of gang-stalking, harassment, anti-social behaviour, reputational damage, survelliance, and repeated threats after an unpaid debt arising from a business dispute with Sudhir Sharma. 

On November 11, 2025, at approximately 16.55, a suspected toxic gas exposure incident occurred inside Dr Richie’s residence, promoting a 999 emergency response. Evidence cited by Dr Richie indicates that two ambulances and two brigades attended the scene, and responders were initially unable to enter due to strong fumes.

Dr Richie alleges that this incident followed a pattern of gas interference, electrical sabotage, and unlawful entry, all previously reported to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council (RBKC). An independent witness-a freelance independent investigative journalist who was on the line during the emergency- has confirmed that emegency services attended and that Dr Richie had repeatedly raised prior safety concerns with RBKC Council.

Dr Richie alleges that Freemasonry-or Eastern Star-linked influence has obstructed justice across several bodies, resulting:

Suppression of evidence

False mental health accusations

Retaliation rather than investigation of crimes

Article 17 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)

If proven, such actions would violate ECHR Article 17 which prohibits organizations or individuals from using their rights to destroy the rights and freedoms of others. Membership of Freemasonry or Eastern Star cannot be used to influence, interfere with, or obstruct public duties within taxpayer-funded authorities including RBKC Council, Ealing Council, the Metropolitan Police Service and NHS doctors.

Reports cited by Dr Richie and Freelance Independent Journalist Errol Baptiste indicate that individuals in public office may have used private membership networks to:

Influence safeguarding and legal decisions

Obstruct criminal investigations

Silence complaints

Protect associates from accountability

Covering up criminality and wrongdoing

These allegations raise serious concerns regarding victim safeguarding, public safety, abuse of power, and undue influence inside public institutions.

1 Mandatory disclosure of Freemasonry and Eastern Star memberships for all public officials working in councils, policing, legal services, and NHS safeguarding roles.

2 Independent oversight by external agencies (not institutions connects to the parties involved) where allegations involved Freemasonry and Eastern Star members.

3 Protection and safeguarding for whistle-blowers, fraud victims, and complaints facing retaliation from individuals in position of authority.

CEO Mr Ben Walker (UKIP Party) is the only political leader who upon learning of the injustice and organized crime committed against Dr (Hon) Neena Richie acted immediately to protect and support a victim-even though she is not a member of the UKIP Party.
