Ealing Council Covered up the Resident’s Stage 1 Complaint Related to Stock Condition Survey Access Visit (Ref:001025528)

Ealing Council inadvertently failed to give the resident an adequate explanation on their complaint response at Stage 1 on the complaint procedure on October 14, 2025, also covered up all the original documentary evidence and information regarding stock condition survey access visit.

Ealing Council failed to resolve the resident’s stage 1 complaint on October 2, 2025, did not give an adequate explanation for the following reasons which they are ableists and racists used white privilege with disability discrimination by covering up the resident’s Stage 1 complaint.

Ealing Council’s Housing Assets and Capital Investment further failed to give the resident an adequate explanation in their reply on October 14, 2025, ignored documentary evidence from the resident’s representative with a original letter of reply submitted to Rapleys dated June 9, 2024, failed to reply after more than 15 months delay on September 26, 2025.

The Stage 1 Complaint Response from Ealing Council contained extreme false claims, including the untruthful breach of tenancy agreement with their actions to evict the resident illegally without going through the Claimant’s lawyers as unlawful and a lack of response to the letter from the resident’s representative of Advice Resolutions dated June 9, 2024, failing to confirmed the resident’s availability as an agreement by going through the lawyers to make that appointment with Rapleys.

Ealing Council breached the Housing Ombudsman Guidance on the serious level of inconvenience regarding the resident’s Stage 1 Complaint Response. Ealing Council Cover up their internal complaint procedure of the resident inadvertently failed to reach a resolution on the complaint regarding Stage 1 response in this respect.
