County Court Abuses Black Disabled Claimant’s Rights by Allocating Case with Small Track Claim Uses Ableism and Racism

Uxbridge County Court attempted to tamper with Black Disabled Claimant’s Case Towards Small Track Claim committed Corruption and Fraud by Helping Ealing Council to Pay Less than £10k use Ableism and Racism Linked by Having White Privilege

Uxbridge County Court were involved in their attempts to allocate Black Claimant’s case to the Small Track Claim by helping their friends at Ealing Council committed corruption under the Bribery Act 2010 and fraud under the Fraud Act 2006 breaches the United Nations Convention Against Corruption by offering the claimant less than £10k acted with disability discrimination and racial discrimination breaches the Autism Act 2009, Section 3, Equality Act 2010, Section 9, Section 10, Section 20, Section 26, Section 27, & Section 149, European Convention on Human Rights, Article 3, Article 6 & Article 14, Human Rights Act 1998, Section 6 as a public authority, United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the United Nations Convention on the Campaign Elimination Against All Forms of Racial Discrimination uses ableism and racism by having White Privilege.

The Claimant’s lawyers never agree with the Small Track Claim which Uxbridge County Court committed Judicial Corruption this includes Offering Bribes, Racketeering, and/or Soliciting Bribes to cover up their corrupted practices linked to Freemasons also abusing the Black Disabled Claimant and cheating him out of his human rights by denying the Claimant’s lawyers as an attempt to be re-allocated to the fast track regarding documentary evidence on the housing disrepair dispute against the Defendant Ealing Council for 4 years since November 2021.

Uxbridge County Court acted with ableist bias and racial bias due of having White Privilege against the Black Claimant on the grounds of his disability and race by offering Small Track Claim as their corrupted practices by helping Ealing Council to give less compensation on the housing disrepair for 4 years. The County Court are attempting to cheat the Black Claimant out of his rights by tampering with the case towards Small Track Claim committed corruption and fraud in the housing disrepair using ableism and racism linked to White Privilege.
