Debut Participation in the Middle East’s Premier ICT Exhibition, “GITEX Dubai 2025”

South Korea’s AI semiconductor startup AiM Future announced on the 20th that it participated in GITEX DUBAI 2025, the Middle East’s largest ICT exhibition, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from October 13 to 17.

AiM Future develops and supplies Neural Processing Unit (NPU) intellectual properties (IPs) for edge System-on-Chip (SoC) semiconductors, enabling efficient on-device artificial intelligence (AI) computation. During the exhibition, the company unveiled its next-generation AI chip portfolio along with its core proprietary technologies.

At its booth, AiM Future showcased its hardware NPU accelerator IPs — NMP-300, NMP-500, and NMP-700 series — together with a 1 TOPS SoC chip (AiM-GJ-1) and its software platform “NeuroMosAIc Studio SDK,” demonstrated on the PHOENIX reference board through multiple multimodal AI demos. The live demonstrations included object detection, image classification, and image segmentation models running simultaneously in real time, drawing strong attention from visitors. These technologies can be applied across a wide range of edge device environments, including AIoT, smart factories, surveillance cameras, and drones.

AI semiconductors, which perform large-scale computations required for AI services at ultra-high speed with low power consumption, represent the intelligent non-memory chip segment essential to next-generation computing. Currently, Korea’s AI semiconductor market heavily depends on GPU solutions from NVIDIA, highlighting the growing need for domestic AI chip development.

“AiM Future’s participation in GITEX 2025 was a meaningful opportunity to showcase our technological capabilities on a global stage,” said Changsoo Kim, CEO of AiM Future. “We received strong interest from international partners in our low-power multimodal AI chips, and we plan to accelerate our expansion into global markets based on this successful debut in the Middle East.”

With this exhibition, AiM Future aims to expand its collaboration network with global AI companies and accelerate the international deployment of Korea’s on-device AI technologies.
