Court of Appeal N161 duplicate form for November 16, 2021 Permission to Appeal Freedman J order November 8, 2021-delay caused by Court of Appeal irregularity, perversity, ableism, disability discrimination, bias, racism, corruption, and breach of Data Protection Act 2018, Section 46, Section 54, and GDPR 2018, Article 16.

The appellant had not received a response to his letter since September 7, 2025, and he is entitled Right to a fair trial under Article 6 on the European Convention on Human Rights with a reasonable time. The Court of Appeal as a public body according to the Human Rights Act 1998, Section 6 and ought to give due serious regard to Section 3.

The Court of Appeal ignored correspondence of reply from the appellant’ dated letter of September 7, 2025, and Court of Appeal N161 duplicate form for November 16, 2021 Permission to Appeal Freedman J order November 8, 2021. The Court of Appeal ignored documentary evidence of email dated April 6, 2023 from Essex Chamber Counsel Mr Tom Tabori supporting the Civil Procedure Rules Practice Direction 52.12, 2 (b) that he did not appeal on November 16, 2021 within time.

Documentary evidence of email from Court of Appeal dated March 29, 2023 provided irregular, perversity, ableism, disability discrimination, bias, disablism, racism, corruption linked to white privilege on whether appeal brought within time as serious breach of the Data Protection Act 2018, Section 46, Section 54, and GDPR 2018, Article 16.

The Judicial Data Protection Panel Processing Complaint Handling Policy document reciting that non judicial staff and not acting in judicial capacity breached and infringed the legislation on the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2018. The appellant needed to request for permission to appeal out of time as the Court of Appeal has misdirected itself by not applying the law using discriminatory policies and denying the black disabled appellant access to justice on the grounds of his disability and race by abusing him.

The Court of Appeal used White Privilege with its racist structures linked to ableism and racism breaches the Autism Act 2009, Section 3, Equality Act 2010, Section 149, European Convention on Human Rights, Article 14 Prohibition of discrimination, United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the United Nations Convention on the Campaign Elimination of All Forms Against Racial Discrimination.
