Scottish Borders White Male Officers Illegally Used Witness Intimidation by Targeting Black Man with Bribery and Threats of Violence

Three Scottish White Male Police Officers Ben Rodriguez, Keith Murray, and Peter Bradley were threatening racial violence by using the Derek Chauvin Technique are serious danger to black men land themselves in chaos, illegally having racially profile acted with witness intimidation by targeting black African man of the Global Majority who witness the assault on a black African woman of the Global Majority used a fake arrest warrant on May 1, 2024.

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Office Service [COPFS], Police Scotland, and the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner [PIRC] failed to investigate witness intimidation which PC Peter Bradley, PC Ben Rodriguez of Duns Police Station and Pc Keith Murray of Hawick Police Station in the Scottish Borders committed abuse, improper conduct, flouting code of police conduct, offering bribes, and racism this including witness intimidation and threatening violence against the black male witness on May 1, 2024. The Police Investigations and Review Commissioner and Police Scotland were covering up for the officers also not committed to transparency by failing to use zero tolerance on police corruption, racism, threatening violence, and witness intimidation ignored calls being made to terminated the employment of the three officers without notice and Sheriff Peter Paterson must be struck off as a practising judge with immediate effect.

The three racist police officers along with the racist Sheriff Peter Paterson of Jedburgh & Selkirk Sheriff Court Circuit produced false documents by claiming there was no black male witness present at the black woman’s property in the Scottish Borders on May 1, 2024.

Sheriff Peter Paterson committed judicial corruption abused his position by conducting an illegal court hearing to corruption, fraud, racism, threatening violence and witness intimidation linked to white privilege. Judge James Porter sentenced Charles ‘O’ Brien the corrupt judge who wrongfully imprisoned innocent black men and women through an illegal fine payment scheme abused his position as a judge. The incident was caught in an undercover police sting in the United States of America. Mr ‘O’ Brien the former judge was convicted and jailed for his crimes including wire fraud. Sheriff Peter Paterson signed the fake arrest warrant with duplicity through an illegal fine payment scheme imported the idea of Charles ‘O’ Brien the former judge in the United States was convicted for bribery, corruption, coercion, fraud, racketeering, and wirefraud got 25 years imprisonment term.

Pc Keith Murray of Hawick Police Station attempted to bribe the black male witness of the Global Majority on May 1, 2024 by offering bribes and/or soliciting bribes as Flouting the Police Code of Conduct linked to the Newsweek Report in reference to the corruption within Baltimore Police Department and its Gun Force Task Team in 2018. PC Keith Murray pleaded with the witness not to show the video of PC Peter Bradley and PC Ben Rodriguez that took place outside the black woman’s property on May 1, 2024, would lose their jobs for gross misconduct, which is abuse linked to threatening violence and witness intimidation committed by Police Scotland officers in the Scottish Borders.
