2026 Geely Starray EM-i: Affordable PHEV SUV Arrives in Australia

Geely Auto Australia has officially revealed pricing for its new Starray EM-i plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUV, one of the most affordable PHEVs currently available in the country, according to Car.News.

Deliveries of the 2026 Geely Starray EM-i are set to begin on October 1, 2025, with prices starting from $37,490 before on-road costs for the entry-level Complete grade. This makes the Starray approximately $3,500–$4,000 cheaper than the equivalent EX5 EV, as reported by Car.News.

As part of a launch initiative, Geely is offering a ‘Premium Offer’, allowing buyers to choose between a 3.88% comparison rate or a three-year (or 45,000 km) free scheduled servicing pack. The offer also includes a Mode 2 home charging cable and complimentary premium paint.

Customers who place orders before September 30 and take delivery by November 30 can also receive a discount matching their deposit contribution, up to $1,000.
