0xmusic Launches Unique Music NFT Collection which Will Compose Infinite Music Pieces in Real Time

Sheridan, WY, Apr 13, 2022, ZEXPRWIRE,  Recently, 0xmusic is proud to announce the launch of its unique music NFT collection that composes infinite music pieces in real time. Imagine being the first person to ever listen to a song. Now, imagine this happens every single time people hit play. This is exactly what people get with 0xmusic. 0xmusic is a groundbreaking NFT collection comprising 777 generative music DJs (0xDJs). Each DJ can create an infinite (over 10^45) number of songs. Even if a new song was played every second, it would take billions and billions of years to cycle through a 0xDJ’s playlist.

Every time a holder touches the play button, the NFT creates a brand new song and the image comes to life with animation. The song will continue playing until the play button is touched again or the DJ moves to the next track. When this happens, the memory of the prior piece is destroyed, and a new song is created. This march of creation and destruction will continue as long as the Ethereum blockchain exists. In this sense, each piece is both eternal and ephemeral, living in a state of superposition until it is ‘observed’.

What makes 0xmusic unique is its collection of generative audiovisual DJs called 0xDJs. Each 0xDJ can create an infinite number of music pieces in real time. Additionally, what sets 0xmusic apart from the other audio based NFT collections is that every NFT creates an entirely new music track and not just a snippet of a song that repeats itself. It is akin to a piece being composed by a musician, except it is done by the algorithm, instantaneously, every time the user hits play.

Another interesting part of the NFT collection is that any of the trillions of songs that are created by the 0xDJ can be downloaded as MIDI files and enhanced/remixed by adding instruments or beats, creating a completely new song using the 0xDJs DNA and the collector’s creativity. 0xmusic aspires to usher in a new paradigm of music composition on web3.

The 0xmusic collection has been inspired by musicians, albums or other musical events etched in time, and all 0xDJs have been pre-programmed to honor these moments. On specific dates every year, all 0xDJs will play the same genre of music to celebrate these moments. Collectors holding the 0xDJ being celebrated will also receive an airdrop of an NFT custom created by 0xmusic.

About 0xmusic

The 0xmusic collection is built to last an eternity because the traits, the metadata, and all the code for the artwork are on-chain. Though the art is rendered from IPFS, if IPFS ever went down, users would still be able to reconstitute their artwork from methods exposed on the smart contract. The collection was launched on 02/02/2022 and was sold out within a minute. Since then, the collection has seen active trading on the secondary market with over $1 million in secondary sales. To purchase an 0xDJ from the secondary market, please visit the collection on Opensea.
