Neal Land & Neighborhoods Honors Top Realtors at Annual Appreciation & Awards Luncheon

Parrish, FL (11/10/2025) —Neal Land & Neighborhoods celebrated standout Realtor partners at its annual Realtor Appreciation & Awards Luncheon, recognizing agents with the highest number of sales and homebuyer registrations across its master-planned communities, Vistera of Venice and North River Ranch.

The celebration was held on April 17 at Camp Creek, the newly opened destination amenity at North River Ranch, located at 11645 Camp Creek Trail. Guests had the opportunity to tour the amenity, connect with builders, and learn about the latest community milestones and updates.

The event brought together dozens of real estate professionals for an afternoon of networking, live music, and prize drawings, reinforcing Neal Land & Neighborhoods’ long-standing commitment to its Realtor network. Company leaders highlighted development progress across both communities.
